A discovery call is a short, confidential conversation to understand your SARS situation and explain which service or route may fit. It is not a formal engagement, and no SARS application is filed from the call alone. For urgent or complicated matters with active deadlines, a confidential assessment is the stronger first step.

- A short note on the type of SARS matter (debt, dispute, returns or refund) and what you would like to discuss.
- An available time slot from the live calendar below.
Before you book
- Live availability: Times shown come directly from the approved calendar. If none appear, no slots are open in that period.
- Real confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed only when the calendar confirms the booking. Reschedule and cancellation details come from the calendar system.
- Discovery call only: This is an initial conversation, not an engagement or a SARS filing. Any chargeable work and its terms are agreed separately in writing.

Is my appointment confirmed?
Only once the calendar confirms the booking. You will receive a confirmation from the calendar system to your email. If confirmation does not arrive, please use the assessment form or call us.
What timezone is shown?
All times are displayed and booked in Africa/Johannesburg (South African time). The calendar handles timezone conversion for your booking record.
How do I reschedule?
Reschedule and cancellation links are provided in the calendar confirmation email when supplied by the calendar system. Follow the link in that message to manage your appointment.

What happens after you select a time
Your appointment is only confirmed once the calendar accepts the booking — a submitted request is not a confirmed appointment.
You receive a confirmation by email with the selected time in South African time.
A specialist reviews the high-level category of your matter before the call so the conversation is focused.
If no slots suit, use the assessment form or contact us directly and we will arrange a time with you.
