Tax Relief SA is an independent tax assistance and dispute advisory service. We are not SARS, and we do not represent SARS. We do not provide consumer debt review or loan consolidation services. Nothing on this website creates a SARS affiliation or suggests that we can act on SARS's behalf.

An enquiry is not an engagement
Submitting the assessment form, contacting us, or receiving information from us does not create an engagement, a mandate or a SARS application. An engagement exists only once you review a written scope, agree to terms, and execute any formal authority required - such as a SARS Power of Attorney. Until then, no representative action is taken on your behalf.
Fees are agreed separately
No fee is payable for the initial enquiry. Any work is quoted in a written scope and fee quotation, and begins only after you review and approve it. We do not publish fixed prices on this website, and we do not charge a success fee unless one is expressly agreed in writing. The factors that affect a quotation are explained on the fees page.
Your responsibility

- Not to submit passwords, OTPs, full identity numbers or financial documents through the initial enquiry form.
- To verify any SARS deadline against the actual notice you received, and to seek timely review where one applies.
- To understand that ignoring a SARS notice does not pause collection, and that moving or hiding assets is not a remedy.
