Tax Administration & Compliance Officer · Privacy Officer

Charity Chauke

Charity Chauke supports Tax Relief SA's tax administration, compliance coordination and client-document workflows. With a financial-management background and experience in business administration, document preparation and company-registration processes, she brings the organisational focus required when matters involve multiple tax periods, SARS correspondence, outstanding records and deadlines.

Administration and compliance coordination, within a defined scope

In her specialist administrative role, Charity coordinates the collection and organisation of authorised information, assists with tracking correspondence and filing requirements, and helps ensure that cases are routed to the right professional. Her responsibilities support — but do not replace — the professional tax, accounting or legal judgments of the appropriately qualified advisers responsible for a matter.

Core responsibilities and contribution

Coordination that keeps a matter organised and on track

Charity's role is to keep the administrative spine of a matter dependable: the right documents, the right periods, the right follow-ups and the right routing to specialists.

SARS administration and evidence coordination

Helping clients and colleagues identify the notices, periods, missing documents and relevant records required for a properly scoped matter; organising supporting material for review by authorised specialists.

Tax compliance workflows

Supporting administrative follow-up of outstanding filing and reconciliation requests, tracking work items and maintaining records of submissions, correspondence and requested actions. Her background includes accounting and eFiling familiarity; this is administrative, not a registered tax-practitioner credential or authority to sign every return.

Company and client records

Her background includes company-registration work, office administration and preparation of financial documents. This experience supports dependable information gathering and document handling in corporate tax and business-rescue matters.

Privacy and personal information

As the business's Privacy Officer, Charity is the public coordination point for privacy enquiries, data-subject requests and internal escalation of information-handling concerns under the company's adopted policies.

Communication and follow-through

Her strengths include numerical aptitude, report writing, communication, planning and organisational skills. In a multi-disciplinary tax team, those strengths support timely document requests, case updates and coordinated access to the relevant advisers.

Training and background

Financial-management training and administrative experience

Charity's financial-management training and administrative experience support her work coordinating records, filings and follow-ups across tax matters.

Diploma in Financial Management — Western College TVET

A diploma in financial management completed in 2017, providing the foundation for accounting, financial documentation and administrative work.

Company registration and administration

Experience in company registration, administration and preparation of financial documents.

Historical work with BSCH

Historical work with BSCH, starting 2018, including business administrative responsibilities.

Accounting and SARS eFiling

Familiarity with accounting work and SARS eFiling. This is administrative familiarity, not a registered tax-practitioner credential.

These are historical administrative roles; no registered tax-practitioner status, tax-case experience or formal Information Officer registration is claimed.
